Nicola is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in a variety of senior commercial leadership roles across hospitality, multi site retail, sales, leasing and strategic planning & delivery. Her roles have included National Business Improvement Manager Bunnings, General Manager Telstra WA, General Manager Tabcorp for NSW Lotteries and Golden Casket, Head Of Growth RFG and most recently COO of NightOwl Convenience.

She has had State, National and International accountabilities that rely heavily on the establishment, maintenance and improvement of governance connected to strict regulatory environments and the high performance teams that deliver strategy and execute operational outcomes.

Mike Moran is a seasoned software developer with decades of engineering experience in the health, hospital, and real estate industries. He is a dedicated leader who values trust, empathy, and empowerment to build highly productive development teams. Mike possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, security, and agile development methodologies, which he leverages to deliver outstanding results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Queensland (UQ).

David Christiansen is an experienced business development manager and has held numerous senior leadership positions, including sales management, general management and director roles with full P&L responsibility. Having lived and worked in 6 countries throughout Asia and the Middle East working for major multinationals, David understands and enjoys the variety and challenges associated with executing strategy to drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to clients. David has a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and is an accredited Business Storyteller with Anecdote in Nigerian.
